@paul2v No problem Paul. In your delivery, you should be provided with a MAR chart that includes the start date and duration of the pouches. You can also take the pouches out of the box and unravel them to see the last pouch date and time.

We use state-of-the-art technology to dispense medication into clearly labelled, easy-to-open pouches, by dose.
We also order your prescription automatically each time for you, so that you don't have to. Extras such as creams etc can also be dispensed by Pilltime.
