I shared your ₦6,000 campaign with my community, and approximately 200–300 people participated in good faith.

They deposited their money, completed the required swaps, and followed the campaign rules. Now many of these users have had their accounts LOCKED/RESTRICTED — and what is even more frustrating is that support is not responding or resolving the issue.

How is this acceptable?

You promoted a campaign, people trusted your platform and put their money into it, and now they are being left without access to their accounts or proper support.

I am extremely disappointed and honestly angry on behalf of my community.

These are hundreds of real users, not just one or two accounts.

@CeliaWallet, STOP IGNORING THIS.

We need a clear explanation, immediate investigation, account resolution, and proper communication with every affected user.

You cannot promote a campaign, attract hundreds of users, then go silent when those users encounter problems.
