every day before market open (0DTE $SPY only):

1. mark your $SPY levels
whole dollars first — $740, $745, $748, $750.
then PMH. PML. PDH. PDL.
these levels matter a lot.

2. set your intraday bias
bullish. bearish. neutral.
know it before you open the platform.
SPY above PDH = bullish.
SPY below PDL = bearish.
in between = neutral, wait for direction.

3. watch how price approaches your level
fast move in ($2-3 in under 30 min) = exhaustion = high conviction.
slow grind into it = skip.
speed of the approach tells you everything.

4. check RSI on the 1-min at arrival
above 70 at resistance = puts.
below 30 at support = calls.
no RSI extreme = no trade. no exceptions.

5. note the touch count
first touch = full size.
second touch = reduce size.
third touch = skip.

6. pick your strike
1-strike OTM only. never ATM.
SPY rejecting $748? buy the $747P.
SPY bouncing $742? buy the $743C.
sweet spot: $0.75-$1.50 premium.

7. set your bracket order immediately
+15% take profit.
-10% stop loss.
set it the moment you're filled.
not after. not during. immediately.
a mental stop is just hope with a number attached.

8. don't get emotional
you took profit? get ready for next trade.
you got stopped out? get ready for next trade.
you can be emotional, but never let it dictate your next trade.
be happy you got stopped, because it allows you to reposition for the next better trade.
