@TFIupdates You might want to retrain your drivers. They still can’t issue me a 7 day weekly ticket when I clearly ask for one. This is the second bus I’ve taken to work this morning, and I’ve been charged a fare for each journey.

@TFIupdates So your W5 bus to Waterford University Hospital comes along, goes around the roundabout outside the hospital and drives off. I'm now waiting here 45mins for a bus to get home from work

Hey @TFIupdates You would want to train your bus drivers properly. Upto just before Christmas I was able to purchase a weekly ticket for €15.40 Now today none of the drivers can give it to me. Excuses range from I don't know how to put it through, to just charging me a fare.

@TFIupdates I've already DM you today about no W5 service to University Hospital Waterford, which made me late again this week for work. I think I'll just go back to using my car, as at least I can get to work on time, and it's reliable.

@TFIupdates So your W5 bus comes along and tells us he's not going into Waterford City, the next bus is not for another 30 mins. Do you think people have nothing better yo do than wait all day for buses after working all day long?

@TFIupdates I was part of your pilot scheme a couple of weeks back. A car journey from my workplace to home takes 25 mins. On your buses which I have yo take two of takes sometimes 2hrs. I've also been late for work twice this week because of no show buses.
