@donnelly_b @jen_keesmaat Agree these are the probably best new buildings in the city, and I’d add One Delisle too. But isn’t it ironic that none were designed by Toronto architects? Maple House makes it especially stark, the AA-designed building to the east the two COBE buildings is much much worse.

Income During Leaseup: -5M

When calculating YoC is your cost basis 305 or 300M?

@Cobylefko This is mostly a code issue. Single egress buildings aren’t allowed in mot North American building codes, so you end up getting really long buildings that then try to break up the massing in the facade design. It’s all ass backwards
