One of the reasons I don't support revolutions and insecurity in the GCC despite its many horrible and short-sighted policies is that a) the number of Muslims from third world countries that depend on remittances sent from these countries is not a light matter. Millions of people depend on them. Why should Allah grant a wish against an MBS or MBZ and not the prayer of a child or a wife that seek their father or husband to have a job and stability in their lives? Divine wisdom does not have to align with your Ummatic concerns, as noble and legitimate as they maybe.
B) despite all the bad city planning, concretization, lifelessness and soullessness of many GCC cities, the number of people who convert to Islam here is massive actually. More than those going to traditional Islamic cities like, let's say Fez or even Istanbul. This point needs some pondering. Foreigners usually in Fez and Istanbul are mostly thinking of not being scammed, so most of the cognitive energy and focus goes there. While in GCC they are free from that so any sacred moment, like an Adhan in an airport or mall, is simply hit different for a kafir who is dying to find meaning in life. I have actually met more foreigners converting in GCC than any other place and I, for the longest, couldn't quite put my finger on why that is the case.

If I were to start a new carpet cleaning company in Houston, TX, and wanted to scale it to 7 figures in 12 months, this is what I would do.
(You're going to want to bookmark this)
First, you need to look at the numbers. $1,000,000 a year is roughly $83,000 a month. You are unlikely to hit that as a solo carpet cleaner completing one-off residential jobs.
The goal would be to build a multi-van operation with several lead sources, recurring customers and high-value commercial contracts.
So here's the plan:
Your business name is important.
Not because we need to create this ultra-memorable brand, but it makes it a little easier to rank in Google's map pack and organic search results.
Names like:
Houston Carpet Cleaning Co.
Bayou City Carpet Care
Space City Carpet Cleaning
Houston Floor & Fabric Care
These can help, but if you have a registered company, you should consider registering a legitimate DBA or Doing Business As.
Building your company for scale.
A single technician can only complete so many jobs per day, so you need to aim towards building 3-5 properly equipped vans, where technicians can complete jobs simultaneously.
You would need systems in place for:
Answering calls
Providing Quotes
Booking appointments
Confirming appointments
Sending Reminders
Taking Payments
Requesting Reviews
Following up with customers
Tracking your technician's performance
By tracking performance, you can give bonuses to your best technicians while providing further training for underperforming ones.
Increasing the value of every appointment
You shouldn't sell carpet cleaning alone; you can offer additional services, which will boost your revenue.
• Upholstery cleaning
• Rug cleaning
• Pet urine removal
• Mattress cleaning
• Stain protection
• Tile and grout cleaning
• Commercial carpet cleaning
• Hard-floor cleaning
If a customer originally books a $150 carpet clean, it can easily become a $300 job by adding on a relevant service.
This gives you the potential to double your revenue without doubling your advertising costs.
Build recurring revenue
Residential carpet cleaning can be a one-time job, but you can turn it into a recurring service by building a rebooking system.
Every customer should be put into a follow-up sequence where they can be provided with cleaning advice after the appointment, along with check-ins a few months later to book their next clean.
You can also create maintenance plans for households with pets, children, senior citizens or rental properties. This turns a one-time job into consistent recurring revenue.
Targeting commercial contracts
Residential jobs can produce cash flow, but commercial jobs can provide predictable revenue streams.
I would build a list of:
• Hotels
• Offices
• Care homes
• Schools
• Restaurants
• Apartment complexes
• Property managers
• Letting agents
• Facilities managers
• Short-term rental operators
Then I would contact them through email, telephone calls, LinkedIn and direct mail.
The offer would include a site visit, tailored quote and scheduled maintenance plan.
On my website, I wouldn't have just one simple page for "commercial carpet cleaning" I would set up multiple pages for:
Hospital cleaning services in Houston, Restaurant cleaning services in Houston, Office Cleaning in Houston, Care homes, etc.
You don't need hundreds of commercial contracts for this to work, just the right ones.
Setting up and optimising your Google business profile
Your Google Business Profile and website will generate the majority of your organic leads, so setting them up correctly is important.
Your primary category should be set to Carpet cleaning service and not the broader cleaning service category.
You will also need to fill the profile out in full, including the following:
• Phone number
• Website
• Opening hours
• Service areas
• Services
• Business description
• Photos
• Appointment or quote links
• Relevant business attributes
In the photos section, I would add real photos of the team, your vans, cleaning equipment, completed jobs, before-and-after results and work carried out in different Houston neighbourhoods.
Add these photos as often as possible and aim for 2-3 a week.
Building your website around your primary service
I see so many carpet cleaners getting this wrong, they set their homepage up to target the state. Your Google business profile can reach 10-15 miles if you are in an uncompetitive industry, so target where your Google business profile is set up.
If your business is set up in Galveston, your website should be based around Galveston.
Carpet cleaners in Galveston
Upholstery cleaning in Galveston
Pet urine removal in Galveston
You get it!
On your homepage, you should also include:
• Click-to-call and quote buttons
• The cleaning process
• Services offered
• Before-and-after photos
• Team photos
• Guarantees
• Embedded Google reviews
• Frequently asked questions
• Service areas
• Commercial and residential options
Every service displayed on the homepage would link to its own dedicated page.
Creating your service pages
I would create pages for every service that I could offer a customer, even if it's a niche. If there is a small demand for carpet cleaning after traumatic deaths, then I would add it to the site along with the more commonly searched services such as carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, pet urine removal, rug cleaning, commercial carpet cleaning and pressure washing (if you offer it)
Each page would be unique; it would highlight the problems your service solves, the process, benefits, pricing factors and options, and frequently asked questions.
I wouldn't have surface-level FAQs here either, go into detail, what have past customers asked you, what problems have they had. Answer those questions!
Building location pages
Your Google business profile can reach 10-15 miles, but you probably service further afield, so you need to create meaningful location pages.
For Houston, you could consider making pages for:
Montrose
The Heights
Downtown Houston
Midtown
Katy
Sugar Land
The Woodlands
Each page shouldn't be a copy and paste job it should include relevant services, local jobs, customer reviews, photographs and information specific to that area.
This helps the company appear in traditional organic results across a wider area, even when the Google Business Profile does not rank in every location.
Building links and citations
Now that your website and GMB are optimised, you should focus on building backlinks to help show your website can be trusted.
You can build backlinks from sites connected to Houston, property, cleaning and home services.
That could include local news sites, chambers of commerce, suppliers, sponsorships, property websites and industry organisations.
I would also create consistent listings on reputable local and carpet-cleaning directories.
Over time, I would try to earn at least one relevant external link to every important service and location page.
Publishing useful supporting content
Blogs are overdone, gone are the days of producing 100's of blogs. Instead, you should create 1 to 2 useful articles a month that can support your key services.
For example:
• How much does carpet cleaning cost in Houston?
• Can professional cleaning remove pet urine?
• How long do carpets take to dry?
• How often should commercial carpets be cleaned?
Each article should support a core service.
Generating reviews
After every successful job, the customer would receive a direct review link by text or email.
I would ask for honest feedback and explain that useful reviews often mention:
• The service was completed
• The area the customer lives in
• The original problem
• The result
• The technician’s professionalism
I would never pay for reviews, write reviews for customers or only request them from people guaranteed to leave five stars.
The goal is consistent review velocity.
You can train your technicians to ask for a review in a way that will help Google rank your website and GMB.
I would aim to reply to all reviews, even the bad ones, within 24 hours.
Use paid traffic while SEO develops.
SEO can take time, so during that time, I wouldn't be sitting on my hands hoping for jobs to fall into my lap.
I would use Google and Meta ads to generate immediate enquiries. This data would be useful when it comes to planning services, service areas and offers that you can use to produce profitable jobs.
Track everything
I would track:
• Calls
• Quote requests
• Booking rates
• Average job value
• Advertising cost
• Customer acquisition cost
• Upsell revenue
• Repeat bookings
• Revenue per van
• Revenue per technician
• Revenue by service area
Ranking number 1 means nothing if you are missing calls or not following up on potential jobs.
Doing all of the above will help your cleaning company grow quickly. If you need help with any of this, drop me a DM, and I can show you where your carpet cleaning company is currently underperforming.
@jokerrr2_0 All the dirty mushriks in the comments here crying ahahah. Go worship your dirty idols ahhahaha they can’t do anything for you in this life or the akhira
Spirituality has been a beautiful subplot at this WC. Curaçao praying with Nmecha n Tah, GhanaMan cursing Kane, Ecuador after beating Germany but the funniest is Mazraoui turning into that one Muslim you avoid coz he asks you why he didn't see you at the mosque last Friday
@HalalNation_ Makes nonsense ‘arguments’ and invents hypothetical theological ‘issues’ when no Muslim holds any of the ridiculous assertions he makes about Allah. Stop giving this loser a platform
@HalalNation_ Doglogic has to be the biggest moron ever. Comes with retardation and then expects others to stoop to his level intellectually. Joker 😂😂😂
@afsaransari89@Opeyemi16862779@arab11__ Apologies if I offended you akhi, please forgive me if I did. I meant to say that we should look at people’s good deeds even though they may be making some mistakes. Have a great day InshaAllah and may Allah bless you. Ameen
