@O2 i am very unhappy with O2 CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was upgraded to an A22 phone. During the call i spoke about adding NHS discount. O yes no problem you add it via our website. I tried but it wouldn't work so called again. They couldn't see why so promised to add manually ..cont

The supervisors was going to do it herself. I then receive this months bill, no discount. I check on website for complaints. I then discover that my Samsung phone is THE ONLY ONE of anyone of any make not to qualify for NHS discount. At no time during the Upgrade or chase..
