@boabulon@TayScorsese@CaucasianOprah@subwiredesire All i’m saying is that it doesn’t make sense to take art out of its context. It’s like me saying that no one would care for cave paintings if they were painted today… And besides, Citizen Kane is objectively better than Obsession in terms of cinematic value and storytelling.
@presidentacuba@boabulon@TayScorsese@CaucasianOprah@subwiredesire That’s not even my point Besides it being revolutionary at the time, it has invented a way o storytelling and visual storytelling in cinema that is still used today. Modern cinema copies citizen kane still to this day, alongside vertigo. And honestly, no one actually surpassed it
@boabulon@TayScorsese@CaucasianOprah@subwiredesire A movie is a portrairt of its time. Your point doesn’t make any sense. Citizen Kane is great because it was revolutionary when it came out. Modern cinema is what it is because of it. Art is context.
@fortinary@dualipabrasil mas pensa q sao so lugares privados que ela pode colocar nessa lista. ela n poderia colocar uma praia, ou uma pedra do sal da vida
@x0Starlight antony’s performance is great, pretty remarkable, but heath’s portrayal is one of the finest examples of acting in history. there’s no trace of heath there. it is a masterclass, a masterpiece, incomparable
@1caraqualquerOF@amick87 se viadagem for gostar minimamente de arte e saber do que se trata e que é sobre ser HUMANO realmente é mesmo. IA pode ter a qualidade que for ela JAMAIS vai fazer arte pq ela é incapaz!
