Construction is officially underway on the long-anticipated Pineview pathway project! 🚧

This new multi-use path will create a safer, more accessible route for walkers, joggers, and cyclists — connecting key parts of the neighbourhood and making it easier to enjoy the outdoors. The first traunch runs from Blair Station to Meadowbrook, with the second phase stretching from Meadowbrook to Stonehenge once school is out for the summer.

Huge thanks to the community for your patience and ongoing support — it’s happening!
I look forward to hosting a ribbon cutting soon with PCA President Pam. Stay tuned! ✂️

(And yes — this is a staged photo. Full safety measures are always in place, and major thanks to the crews on-site doing the real work. They know what they’re doing, and it’s great to see progress already underway.)

Les travaux ont officiellement commencé pour le projet tant attendu de sentier polyvalent à Pineview! 🚧

Ce nouveau sentier offrira un parcours plus sécuritaire et plus accessible pour les marcheurs, joggeurs et cyclistes — en reliant des secteurs clés du quartier tout en facilitant l’accès aux espaces extérieurs. La première portion ira de la station Blair jusqu’à Meadowbrook, et la deuxième, une fois l’école terminée, s’étendra de Meadowbrook jusqu’à Stonehenge.

Un immense merci à la communauté pour sa patience et son soutien tout au long du processus — ça y est!

What a great morning Pineview! 🥞 Thank you for joining me for our pancake breakfast. I am so grateful I get to represent such an awesome community. BIG THANK YOU to all the volunteers who helped make this event such a success. Again this weekend we had members of both the Pineview Community Association AND the Beacon Hill Community Association. Love to see back and forth support from these communities in our ward!
