@BioLayne @AmericanAir They are most definitely not ok. The canceled and re-canceled our CPH-PHL flight and we ended up being rerouted to Montreal with another cancellation to PHL. Had to take a 12-hr bus ride south in the end. And now return flight to FCO is disastrously delayed.

@Jose_Cong I have observed the same. And it will just get worse with AI. The goal isnt getting us safely from point a to point b but to maximize profit as much as humanly possible. That much is clear and it’s deeply sad. It breeds a sense of dread. The commiseration in those lines is real.
