I took pictures when it came. Driver left it in rain despite instructions to leave in shed. Still somehow I shouldโve known to keep it till today for my call with Amazon. Wow!!

@LycaMobileForUK Horrible service! Out of UK for two months now and asking for roaming to be activated. ยฃ10 calling card and ยฃ20 top up. Still useless 2hr calls w/ customer care, no call back to my India no, when emailed said my no. is unreachable-not true!

@ContactCroydon Garden waste not collected, paper recycling not collected. Website not taking missed collection reports. Nobody coming after reporting it either. You'd think a 15% hike in taxes would give us better service! At least the basic ones?
@DVLAgovuk bad customer service-constantly talking over me, refusing any responsibility and rude. When asked how to complain, was told not to apply for licence. When asked to speak to manager, was told was being transferred and was hung up on! Now not able to call back! Help!
