@airtelindia I migreted my postpaid connection to prepaid.I was told that my phone number would start working in 30 minutes.But it has been more than 3 hours and still it is saying "Emergency Call" only and that SIM is not provisioned.Customer care is not responding

@Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence I'm really frustrated and need your help urgently. It's been over 3 days and I still haven't gotten any resolution for my issue. Your store representative isn't responding either. This is such a terrible experience, and I'm regretting choosing Airtel.

This problem is still not resolved. It has been more than 48 hours. I am not able to make or receive calls, no SMS, NO data services..

@Airtel_Presence I raised service request ticket also. unfortunately it is lying un attended. Customer care/store guys just give a lame solution of replacing the SIM without even trying to identity the root cause.. Pathetic experience with Airtel

today I took new SIM again from store by paying 50Rs but still same problem..There is no network..It says SIM not provisioned...I want this fixed ASAP..Pathetic service from AIRTEL.
