A lawsuit has been filed against executives of Solana Labs, the Solana Foundation, Jito Labs, and https://t.co/FumDCcHvKE, accusing them of creating a 'rigged slot machine' in the memecoin market.

The plaintiffs claim to have over 5,000 private messages as evidence of insider manipulation. The lawsuit alleges that the system allowed insiders to profit at the expense of retail investors, causing significant losses.

The plaintiffs seek compensation, regulatory changes, and the forfeiture of alleged ill-gotten gains.

Defendants deny the claims, calling them vague and unsupported.

After analyzing thousands of calls across dozens of alpha channels, we identified the exact patterns that separate consistent winners from exit liquidity.

Here's what the data shows:

▸ Entry market cap is the single biggest factor most traders ignore. Below $20K — too illiquid, only 37% reach a 2x. The $20K–$100K range is where edge lives, with win rates between 60–75%. Above $100K, win rates collapse to 26% and rug exposure spikes.

▸ Caller consensus is the strongest predictor we've found. A single caller lands a 2x just 16% of the time. Two independent callers on the same token: 30%. Three or more: 60%. One caller is noise. Three is signal.

▸ https://t.co/FumDCcGXV6 tokens above $100K MC account for 90% of rugged alerts in our dataset, with an average drawdown of -97%. Lower MC pump tokens perform fine. The danger zone is clear.

▸ Winners move fast. Average time to 2x: under 60 minutes. Average peak drawdown, even on winners is -83%. This market rewards real-time execution, not conviction holds.
