Bpd makes me feel like I’ll always be alone. And when I feel alone, everything feels so empty and hopeless. If anyone else feels that way right now you should know that I care about all of you and im hoping that you can find happiness one day, we all deserve peace
@nyomyoms Out of your body and feelings to understand a different perspective is the biggest thing you have to do. The longer you hold on to your beliefs that arent constructive, the worse it gets. You have to be willing to let go of some of those. And I'm currently struggling to do so

anyone else just so tired of bpd ruining their life😭 i'm so tired or keeping myself grounded and reminding myself the shit in my head isn't real. it's so hard and so draining. and you have to do it EVERYDAY
I hate bpd so much I overthink everything and then fully convince myself someone is out to get me. It’s so painful because I know I’m being crazy but I can’t stop without proof that I’m wrong.
