questionable advice: "i'm the most senior engineer at my company, i spend all my time unblocking others instead of writing code myself. what should i do? (p.s. it's my first job.)"

julian's response was so on point, i wrote a whole nother piece in response to him. the argument for why management really shouldn't be a promotion, how to sell it to your org, and why to try. https://t.co/frwSGWXMwJ

@Shichiro @AndroidDev @ConstraintLay @camaelon @xingdevs I'm going to take a wild shot at it but I'd bet a large sum on FrameLayout. If you take a look at its source code, it's as simple as it gets, while ConstraintLayout needs a lot more ceremony and more if constraints need to be calculated.

Switching our entire startup to @elmlang has been one of the best decisions I've made in my tech career. @keystonehf has been getting a massive productivity boost without compromising safety, performance and slick UX. F&$*ing love it.

1/ I may be repeating myself, but I want to fight this sense of security that I see outside of the epicenters, as if nothing was going to happen "here". The media in Europe are reassuring, politicians are reassuring, while there's little to be reassured of. #COVID19 #coronavirus

Over the course of last year, fellow Orange Combinator @jsoo1 asked me a few times to talk about Continuations (of all things). It happened during January and, as promised, I've started collecting all my notes. Find them (WIP) here https://t.co/nsYjYcRyuv #ci3641 #ci4251
