Naturally our bodies will respond differently depending on outside factors due to lifestyle choices and genetics, but factually sperm degenerating is biological.

The stigma for a long time has been that womens reproductive system has a biological clock but in fact it is men. Womens eggs dont degenerate, they just run out. Men's sperm dont necessarily run out, but they age.
