This is the current scenario at my precint in Commonwealth Elementary School Quezon City. Noone has any idea when the machine will be inspected and replaced by the COMELEC.

My precinct's VCM machine isnt working; no COMELEC technician on site. People were given an option to do "manual voting" which essentially means, having to go through the same process, except that, you won't be the one "inserting" your ballot to the VCM.

According to one of the DepEd representatives I have spoken to, the machine malfunctioned as soon as the precinct opened. It's 10:05am, exactly four hours after the precinct opened, but the machine is still not working and no techician anywhere in sight.

Hi @COMELEC @jabjimenez just wanted to ask if walk-ins will be entertained at the satellite registration sites. daughter sent her filled up form online months ago but wasn't given a schedule. we already went twice to your bago bantay regional office to submit the filled out forms

we were at the site before 11am on both occasions, but still didn't get served coz "naabutan ng cut-off". just wanted to make sure that walk-ins will be entertained before we head over to the mall where our district is scheduled so as not to waste time
