@Delta im frustrated! Nov 24th I tried booking flights from Germany through “Sofortüberweisung” (direkt bank transfer) which didn’t work on your end but my money was taken out at my account and is still not back! Your chat won’t help me since the transfer number is “wrong” 1/2

@Hugo_zegt @DLPHelp Sorry to hear that, I totally understand the frustration. I know that in the past those cards were abused a lot (not meaning you did) and they had to come up with something new, it’s hard to find a solution that fits all. I hope you will find some magic again!

Hey @DLPHelp. I have an annual pass and a green card (both valid until summer next year), do I need to register for the new disabled system for my visit after December 3rd to get the new disabled access card or will my current green card still be accepted? Thank you °o°

@Hugo_zegt @DLPHelp So I was told that the cards for AP Holders will be valid until 31st December but it’s highly recommended to switch over to the new system asap. Hope that helps 🙂

Wenn @amazonDE ein garantiertes Lieferdatum nennt, sollte es wohl nicht mit @hermesDE verschickt werden. Da hatte der Fahrer wohl keinen Bock mehr und ich muss schauen, wo und wie ich innerhalb weniger Std an Ersatz komme. Joa, danke

We will be visiting soon. My Dad had COVID and is within the 11 day and 6 month time window but his positiv test result and recovery certificate are in german 🇩🇪 - will this be accepted for the health pass or does it need to be in 🇬🇧🇫🇷? Thank you!
