No one has nominated anyone worse than @TalkTalk as an Internet provider. Customer service is shocking, It is ironic that they have called themselves #talktalk as they refuse to actually talk to their customers. #rubbish#communicate
I challenge anyone to name a worse Internet provider than @TalkTalk They are impossible to contact to report any issues or to discuss your account as in trying to get a better deal. They charge over the odds and their customer care is shockingly bad. #internet#talktalk#worst
Not enough negative words to opine my thoughts of @TalkTalk 5 days without any Internet slightly inconvenient as I work from home I am yet to actually talk to a person their bot chat gave me a number to ring which told me to report issue online & cut me off #talktalk#internet

@OpenreachHelp On reading your policy if you don't turn up for an arranged appointment or cancel within 24hrs of said appointment you should compensate the customer ยฃ25. I waited in ALL day on Saturday for nothing.

@OpenreachHelp I believe so, you will need access to inside my property from what your engineer assessed on Thursday. I understand a report has been submitted. I need access to the Internet Mon - Fri hence the Saturday appt. I look forward to hearing from someone regarding cable & compensation.
