#bbcbreakfast Doreen Lawrence is to some large extent responsible for the two-tier approach by the police today. Her loss was devastating however the response to it by the State has created the biased situation we face today. It needs to roll back to a point where we are policed without fear or favour; today, the police fear the likes of Doreen Lawrence and favour dealing or not dealing with crimes committed by ethnic minorities.

A number of officers in the force responsible for the arrest of Henry Nowak felt “controlled and pressured to feel certain ways” after receiving mandatory diversity training, a survey has revealed

The courses taught Hampshire & Isle of Wight constabulary officers and staff about racism, “unconscious bias”, “privilege and the importance of being an ally”

A staff survey found that one in seven officers and staff (15 per cent) had felt “controlled and pressured” to adopt certain ideas in the sessions and the same number thought “mistakes would have been held against me”. A fifth said they feared being “rejected for saying the wrong thing”

The revelations are likely to provoke fresh questions about the role of equality and diversity guidelines in the actions of police officers, after video that showed officers in the same force handcuffing Nowak, 18, for alleged racial abuse while he lay dying from stab wounds

Was it wrong to “politicise” the Stephen Lawrence murder? Or that of George Floyd? What does the word “politicise” even mean in that context? Don’t tell me that it is right to “rage against the machine” when state authorities fail black murder victims for reasons connected with race, but that we are obliged not to “stir up tensions” when the victim happens to be white. It is this two-tier approach that is fuelling tensions and division. Can the establishment not see it?

It is genuinely bizarre that UK has a College of Policing that teaches Critical Race Theory and other identity bollocks to aspiring coppers.

I couldn’t watch it through. That poor poor boy. It made me cry.
It confirms what we thought.
Those officers should be fired, and the whole issue of “institutionalised racism” within the police which has been encouraged by the common purpose upper echelons needs eradicating. Shame on them.
