Eating the same meal every day for one week straight is not enjoyable at all. Prepping the ingredients, and you can always quickly cook fresh meals, saves time & healthy

I am a chief exec assistant, i work full time from Mon - Fri, i have law school on Sat + Sun. I can still cook my meal like a normal person. I said prepping the ingredients for cooking is a better idea not “NOT PREPARE ANYTHING AT ALL”
