Stone-munching Nat, Daily Record centrefold, hoarder of inexplicable bric a brac, Partick's foremost Lucille Ball impersonator etc. I like marmalade OK?
@UPS_UK dear ups this seems to be the only way to contact you. My parcel is bouncing around England somewhere. Tracking says problem with address. How do I give you correct address?? Thanks. Can't email as your site rejects my phone number.
@Murphy807@MhairiBlack Anyone can lose their job - what are are they meant to do with any excess children? The Tory MP who said people on benefits need to make decisions about the size of their families has 6 kids. For which she was previously claiming tax credit.
@pauldoc89 @STVNews Fireworks are not exactly an essential part of life. Try living in an area where people let them off at midnight on weekdays because it happens to be a birthday or something.
@boxoctosis@RosieScribblah@sigourneybeaver Identifying as British (whatever that actually is anyway) negates my Scottish identity. Have always disliked being obliged to fill in forms with British.
@allangrogan @MartinMcD1980 Explain this then. Was Unison member in public sector dispute during Blair govt. 2 yrs of refusal to negotiate, Unison told us not to strike. We did, ACAS - 14% pay rise. Convener who worked hand in glove with management given safe Lab seat - there were still such things then.
I would happily pay a Scottish TV licence to fund a Scottish government funded television service with fair, unbiased news (to balance against British state propaganda.) Share if you agree 🏴
@SNPChris@Kimmydoll49@scottishlabour@theSNP If there was a non-political union covering NHS I for one would be out of Unison like a shot. Unfortunately they are all the same.
@AngelaRayner Saw thru Lab in 2003. On £12,000 pa at top of grade, tried to negotiate for 2 years, went on strike. Unison area rep immediately told us to get back to work. We didn't, ACAS resolved, immediate14% pay rise. Rep given safe Lab seat, jailed in expenses scandal. Oh how we laughed.
@cath426@EdLothianES4Y@HarrietHarman@BBCr4today @unisontweets Yes funny - when we went on strike (after 2 years trying to negotiate) Unison and Labour told us to get back to work. Finally resolved by ACAS - immediate 14% pay rise.
@eddireader Put pots all together next to house wall. Bubblewrap/fleece round each pot. If really vulnerable put inside a bigger pot with bubble wrap between the 2. Clay pots best. Winter wet kills even tough plants so beside house wall where its dryer and sit pots on stones for drainage.
