The scale of this modus has officially reached a critical point. Within this current batch alone and that we know of, 15 victims have identified a total loss of 7 digits (now exceeding ₱2.6M+). This includes a 19-year-old student whose entire tuition and savings have been depleted.

Evidence shows the individual is active online via a "foundation" account but remains completely unresponsive to the 15+ victims and formal legal demands. Given the documented 12-year history of this pattern and current unreachability, we believe there is a significant flight risk.

We are calling on news outlets to help us bring this to national attention. We are 15 ordinary citizens seeking accountability and the prevention of further targeting of hardworking people.
