I remember very vividly how so much of the dialogue about why it was important that Black ppl be millionaires and billionaires was b/c they were going to take those resources to help other Black ppl. Turns out, many of them behave the same way other millionaire/billionaires do.
People get a salary increase and start buying designer, intentionally living in areas with higher rent, buying more expensive cars, and spending more money daily. You’re not supposed to increase all of your expenses just because you make a little more money lol.
