@AmazonHelp And this happens everytime, whereas delivery guys of Flipkart, meesho etc all come at doorstep, it's only with Amazon guys who are lazy to go doorstep. They fix one location and call people to collect item otherwise they will cancel the order.

For @amazonIN delivery guys only "Home Delivery" means, we have to go to their desired location and collect our product. That too calling us in rudest tone "Parcel hai apka, apko nahi pata kitne ka hai, khulle laana mere paas ek rupya khulla nahi hai, lena hai ya cancel karun"

@AmazonHelp Finally husband reached and asked him why can't u deliver at home? My is right in front of you, hardly seconds away just have to go to first floor. He said I am alone, if any of my other parcels got robbed, then? Understandable. But irony is, they were two guys.

@AmazonHelp Asking of change n cash has also a way, but "Khulle laana, mere paas 10Rupay bhi change nahi hai" sounds but rude. Husband was not at home, otherwise wud have done online payment, when he came, ur guy called again and said "Lena hai parcel ya cancel kardun?"

@AmazonHelp Other delivery guys, of other sites are very respectful in talking, generally. Never had heard from a delivery guy "Mai ghar nahi aa sakta aap aaiye lene" COD means cash on delivery, and it's ok if somebody doesn't have change.

@AmazonHelp What can I say and what you will elaborate I don't know. For me, a mother a less than year old twins, home delivery means product will be delivered at home, like others do at my home. But in Amazon's case home delivery means I have to reach to a desired location of delivery guy.
