I think you can either park for free out of hours in the M&S / Pinn Medical Centre car park or use your hour for free on the meters if it’s still paid parking hours.

Don’t get caught out! If you park outside of Sainsbury’s opening hours in Pinner for more than 10 minutes your liable to get fined. Opening hours are 06:30 a 22:30 Monday to Saturday and 09:30 - 16:30 on Sunday. Be careful out there!
