@aakankshalovely Smartass comments are normally away from reality. The manufacturers roll out products and investments are maintained as per the objectives of the same.
Direct investors do face such predicament. You need a good MFD.
Probably that will calm your nerves and make you somewhat sane.
There have been too many queries in the last week about whether to buy *Gold and Silver* now. Well there is no specific answer to this question, still what we think is _*"if Gold and Silver were not fit for your portfolio when the prices were way below, they cannot be a fit now just because the prices went parabolic.*_
The asset has not changed, our emotions towards how we look at the same have.
Here's how real investors play it:
✅Build a rules based plan that doesn't care about headlines
✅Decide your mix of assets before the heat shows up
✅Automate contributions so you buy through highs and lows
✅Rebalance instead of chasing the hot hand
✅Hold for years, not headlines and manage tax as you go.
So ask yourself before buying - "Do you really want Gold / Silver in the mix? If "Yes", cool, *size it and hold as an investment, not as a trading tool*.
Thanks and Regards

What makes us think that the past 5 returns will be the same for the next 5 years.
Time correction is slowly upon us. Last 12 months inspite of highest equity MF flows the markets are largely flat.
It's time to be careful. Manage risks. Returns will follow. Not the other way around.

The #RBI on Thursday issued RBI (Project Finance) Directions 2025 asking Regulated Entities (REs) to maintain general provision of 1.25% for under construction Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans and 1% for infrastructure projects under construction. The Earlier provisioning requirements were 5%.
This might seem insignificant, but it actually makes additional INR 10 lakh crores available to the sector.

Always wear helmets. Because govt & babus doesn't care about dilapidated buildings, decaying trees & falling branches and potholes etc....
