On 5.10.2025 when we reached to the centre the manager at the centre denied that he has no information about my enrolment even after showing my admit card. Due to regular unprofessional attitude of Aakash we don’t want to continue our association with Aakash. Kindly refund my fee

@unacademy if assigned mentor hasn’t mentored anyone kindly admit it. Otherwise if they had attempted the JEE exam or have mentored top rankers kindly share the list
@unacademy on the telephonic conversation you assured me that the mentor will be JEE rank holder under 1000 but on email you assured me that the mentor has guided many top rankers in JEE. Since six days I request you to send me the list of the top rankers mentored, still waiting.
But now they provide us a mentor who had not even appear in the exam. After many request they are misleading me, my studies are badly suffering due to this unethical attitude of @unacademy I have a full trail of emails with unacademy if you require it please send the email

With the intervention of police we succeeded to recover our parcel from godown(you can varify this by CCTVof godown and call records).your courier partner is as careless as @unacademy in Coustmer response .

After so many requests we are still waiting for the reply. Is company testing the patience of the students? We paid the fees with bank transaction and still we haven’t got any invoice yet. Is this also a black money transaction?

According to your mail the delivery date is 17/4/25 but today is 19/4/25. I am very sorry to say that we have not received the books yet. Kindly clarify your intentions and do not bulldoze students with fake commitments.
