Wird die Impfquote nicht erfüllt, droht dem Arzt ein existenz-bedrohender Honorarverlust von mehreren Tausend Euro pro Monat.

Ab Oktober 2026 (4. Quartal) müssen Hausarztpraxen für das Kriterium der Schutzimpfungen im Rahmen der Vorhaltepauschale eine Impfquote von mindestens 25 Prozent (250 #Impfungen je 1.000 Behandlungsfälle) erreichen.

Allgemeiner Schwellenwert:
In den ersten drei Quartalen des Jahres lag die geforderte Quote bei mindestens 7 Prozent, steigt jedoch nun zum 4. Quartal (also ab Oktober 2026) auf 25 Prozent der Behandlungsfälle an.

Abschlagsregelung: Unabhängig von den prozentualen Quoten für Bonuszuschläge droht ein pauschaler Abzug von 40 Prozent auf die Grundpauschale (GOP 03040), wenn eine Praxis im gesamten Quartal weniger als 10 Schutzimpfungen insgesamt durchführt und abrechnet.

Zählweise:
Es zählen nur Schutzimpfungen gemäß Anlage 1 der Schutzimpfungs-Richtlinie (keine reinen Reise- oder Satzungsimpfungen).

Ausnahmen:
Für bestimmte spezialisierte Praxen gelten Sonderregeln (wie Diabetologie-, HIV- oder Substitutionsschwerpunktpraxen).
