@GoDaddy I cannot make the password open the file and have since 30 Sept I have emailed fout times explaining the password does not work. They only reply with a standard "we will get back to you" email. On Sept 30 I wrote again explaining

@GoDaddy On Jan 29, 2020 [email protected] sent me a zip file with the recording and a password GD#[insert order#]#gd . I had to insert an old order number in it to make it work.I then became ill and could not pick up the problem until Sept .

@GoDaddy I said I had asked for it to be on auto renewal when talking to a godaddy operator previously. They also deleted the back up. It was a small business website. Go daddy said they would send me the recording of the conversation
