Man Killed by San Diego Police After Incendiary Device Sets K-9 on Fire

San Diego, California — On September 16, 2026, at approximately 9 a.m., San Diego Police Department (SDPD) officers responded to a reported vandalism incident near El Cajon Boulevard and Oregon Street in San Diego, California. The reporting party said a man was damaging vehicles with a metal rod. The incident ended in a fatal officer-involved shooting in the 4000 block of 30th Street in the North Park neighborhood, within SDPD’s Mid-City division.

Authorities identified the deceased man as 33-year-old Saul Sandoval Chavez. According to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office, officers attempted to contact Chavez, but he fled on foot and entered a nearby business, refusing to come out. Officers observed that he was armed with an incendiary device and attempted to negotiate with him.

Police deployed a K-9 during the standoff. When Chavez ignited the incendiary device, setting the police dog on fire, an officer fired multiple rounds, striking Chavez.

Officers immediately provided lifesaving aid. Paramedics transported Chavez to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly before noon. Three SDPD officers sustained burn injuries to their hands and were treated at a hospital before being released. The K-9 also suffered burns and received veterinary treatment.

Contexto:
Ayer, en el stream de Cirilo (amigo de Kingteka), invitó a la Payasita zing y otras mujeres a un "chupestream", donde las mujeres tienen que tomar bebidas 4lcohólicas a montones.
Una de ellas resultó muy afectada. Como era de esperarse, uno de los amigos de Cirilo que también fue invitado al chupestrín y que obviamente estaba completamente sano, fue acusado de querer abusar de esta streamer.

Ahora recientemente, mientras estaba comiendo y esperando para parchar a Cirilo y Gabriel (acusado de intentar viol4r a Payasita Zing), seguidores le enviaron un clip donde Wasaberto, otro sujeto amigo de Cirilo que estaba en el stream, confirma que Gabriel intentó hacer cosas raras, como encerrarse en una habitación con la Payasita y poner el seguro. Y es más, comentó que incluso estuvieron un buen rato encerrados y que ellos intentaron abrir la puerta porque les pareció raro.
Payasita al ver esto y otras pruebas, se quebró...
Ahora Payasita dice posiblemente los denunciara
