If you are struggling yourself to find that spark to get working out or just a slightly healthier lifestyle, I recommend finding work out video content

Find a creator you vibe with and work out along with there videos
A lot of them allow for just body weight, and allow to add weight as you go.

It is something that really helped me get started along
as well as loosely monitoring my nutrition. Just making sure I eat what I like, but doing my best to keep it healthy.

Find products and set goals that help keep you motivated like the ones I mentioned

Find a friend to work out with, help keep you motivated and honest

After a few months I really notice a difference. Like 3-4 months maybe.
I’m roughly the same weight, 155-160lbs

I eat a vegan diet, laugh if
you want lol, I love it.

But can now bench 225lbs
Squat about 500-600lbs
Curl 40-45lbs
I do not dead lift, not really (I’ve had 2 back surgeries) but I do some exercises to help
and other improvements across the board

All this after not working out for 4 years
All in all not a brag, just more trying to help motivate people that it’s never to late too start caring about your health

Results may vary, but nothing will change if you don’t change.
And have fun doing it, it really does make it easier.
