Also @British_Airways trying to using your baggage portal only has a flight from 3 weeks ago - not my last four flights? Are you really trying to make me call you?
How is @British_Airways that the bag you took from me yesterday at the gate in AMS is still at AMS … do you have any intention of actually returning? Or indeed acknowledging that you screwed up … again.
Well thanks @British_Airways - v late flight from Amsterdam, forcing to check bag and the ‘losing’ it … it never got on the plane and is sitting in the runway … but your team at LHR less than helpful - claim entered but pretty poor all round
So @Hermesparcels do you have anyway of updating me on my @Nike parcel … absolute silence from you … I’ve had other Hermes deliveries since … did this package some how get “lost” in the system? At this point there seems no way to contact you.
@Hermesparcels am still waiting … come up for 2 weeks later and still nothing from you about my parcel, assuming parcel has been stolen by driver … not sure how 24hrs later turns into weeks - what do I beyond the pointless bot check on website?

How on earth do you contact @Hermesparcels … claimed parcel attempted delivery on 12th (not true … camera didn’t pick up an attempt) and said attempt next working day. The digital agent (bot) says we are still trying to deliver … suspect package from Nike has gone “missing” 🤬
So @Hermesparcels still no update on my parcel a week later and still no simple way to find out what is actually happening with it … the chat bit tells me nothing that the app doesn’t tell me … how do I find out if you have lost it or worse?
.@Hermesparcels hello … I have a package that was supposed to be delivered last Saturday … claimed they tried, but cameras at property would say otherwise … in app it said they would try next business day … a week later nothing and chat bot not helpful … can you help?
