Grrrr Apple last time I do what you tell me. They said that if I transfer my stuff from my old phone to new one that any existing issues won’t transfer over. Well guess what they did and my ne phone is running like a dog and not working.

@dwoodbridge Good on you, I went out to Apple Penrith today and was told I could not get a refund for two of 3 items on my latitude card. I have to take all 3 items back including my iPhone 14 pro max and get refunded then buy again. I’m ringing latitude tomorrow.
