@aving_rcga For all his faults and imperfections, fprrd is never a traitor to his country and to the filipino people. That's a fact that we will all remember.
Marcos has virtually declared our entire judicial system incompetent to try any criminal case. We might as well dismiss all our judges and court personell and outsource our accused felons to the International courts everywhere else convenient.
I'm sure the IBP will happily acquiesce as they always do. Mag-notaryo na lang kayo.
@IntlCrimCourt YOU DEPRIVED PRESIDENT DUTERTE OF HIS RIGHT TO DUE PROCESS. YOU ARE PARTY TO A KIDNAPPING! YOU VIOLATED ART59 OF THE ROME STATUTE AND DEPRIVED PRRD OF HIS RIGHT TO APPEAR BEFORE PHILIPPINE COURTS AND HIS RIGHT TO COUNSEL AND TO SEEK INTERIM RELEASE!ICC YOU ARE A HR VIOLATOR!
Send him home. Or ICC risks its own demise—allowing itself to be weaponized by Marcos to silence a rival w/massive support. Your foreign meddling only worked bcoz of political machinations. Yet Filipinos remain trapped in dire poverty while drugs flood the streets & crimes abound
What a despicable head of state who cannot even use the judicial capabilities of his own country and had to kowtow to foreign intervention just to get rid of his political enemies.
That is the legacy of this Marcos presidency.
In any other country, an incumbent president unjustly arrests a citizen without due process of law in their own courts is a human rights violation.
Kidnapping a citizen and delivering him to a foreign entity for trial is an abdication of sovereignty.
I have no sympathy for the incompetent and the unprincipled. If their oath to serve and protect means nothing to them, why would I regard their uniform with respect? It means nothing. They stand for nothing. They're nothing.
Bringing President Rodrigo Duterte back from Dubai won’t erase the fact that Gen. Nicolas Deloso Torre III
committed kidnapping and serious illegal detention.
The PNP really out here proving their incompetence yet again. 🤦♂️ Bobo ng mga pulis!
You allow a foreign power to arrest a Filipino citizen in his own country, without any safeguards from the laws that should protect his liberty. Whether he is your friend or political enemy, you should never allow this to happen. For that, you are the lowest of the low as a Filipino citizen.
It was not a case of ICC pursuing justice against FPRRD.
It’s a case of betrayal where his very own government forcibly handed him over and surrendered its sovereignty to foreign jurisdiction.
Supreme Court clocked the government‼️
The BBM admin took P89 Billion from the reserved funds of Philhealth for the construction of a bridge that has not even started+that is funded many times over.. and for the right of way and maintenance of roads that are already funded!
Hindi totoo ang TUPAD. AKAP. TAGAL PROCESS. Para tayong busabos : Tapos zero subsidy sa 2025 GAA at na divert ang 90 billion sa national treasury na sa Supreme Court na ngayon.
Case 1. Cancer patients
May patient ako 44 years female post uterine cancer surgery 135,000 bill at need ng guarantee letter. NASA DSWD daw 3 am ng morning pa . One week na pumpila at nagmamalimos. Walang aasahan at Walang Pag asa. Ang DSWD secretary may events lagi. Sama ng cancer case rate ng philhealth dito. This will need upgrade since it’s the number two killer disease ng bansa.
Nasaan yung excess funds ng Philhealth ? Nasaan si Ledesma - sinibak pero huli na !!!! Admission of poor leadership and governance and the Filipino people are suffering.
Kung may organized and structured philhealth case rates and expanded package maayos sana. Pero hindi. Financial statement. Actuarial analysis. Wala. Walang nag challenge. This is the worst healthcare system in Southeast Asia !
Case 2.
Huge painful problem
Ayaw nilang mag-public kasi sobrang tagal daw.
Lahat Mali !!!
Maawa naman tayo sa mga Filipinos.
Puro pangako pero napako.

“Saan ka daw nakakita na ang ini-impeach ay ang vice president, who is just a spare tire, with no real function in government (after she resigned from all her cabinet positions earlier)? Obyus na obyus lang talaga na they just want her out of the way…”

**Oo nga nman!😜
Marcos’s speech was a rambling mess, barely coherent. He tried to project strength, but his insecurity clearly shows. The muddled delivery of falsehoods & lies failed to resonate, even to his supporters.
A stark contrast to Duterte, who could hold an audience captive for hours.
