@SouthwestAir thanks for the WORST flight of my life. 6 hours from LAS TO OGG with a BROKEN SEAT that doesn’t recline. Would have liked to sleep as I’ve been up since 3am CST!!! Tried to chat with reps THREE times. No help. NOT TO MENTION flight was $800 ONE WAY. UNACCEPTABLE
