@wontwobadsoup The problem is if you were to assess every prisoner in a Cat A prison, how many are bad versus mad? And if they're mentally ill, can it be treated, or are they personality disordered eg psychopathic? I imagine this was a security decision, which needs to be addressed.

@LucyHunterB Never want to agree with Nigel, but I think I agree with Nigel. "Think" based on no psych report submitted and assuming this is due to the prison not being able to cope with his safety and those around him. Knowing them both, I'd pick Broadmoor over Belmarsh any day of the week.

Walks well on the lead and happy to walk passed other dogs in their kennel without any problems but needs to be further dog tested.
Been great with all staff and was fine when the DLO looked at him.
He is clean in his kennel and doesn't chew.
Kennels very well and isn't stressed.

I'm against the death penalty, state-sanctioned murder is not the way. But paying five times the amount a year to house a murderer of three young girls because our prison system can't cope isn't justice either.

I don't believe he will have as tough a time in Broadmoor, everything else is open to debate. Of course PO safety is paramount.
