Surely as we bought in presale ours should be guaranteed and the cancelled tix should be from the general sale as we bought first? Just found out @TicketmasterUK have cancelled our tickets for the sold out @OCSmusic Aberdeen concert in April. Apparently despite us buying the tickets 5months ago they have just now decided they sold us the tickets in error. Absolutely raging
