@GodlessApe_ The only living person I know who had polio is now in his 80s. He struggled to walk ever since he got polio as a child, and has been in a wheelchair for years. He was lucky not to die.
Vaccines have saved every younger person from this horrible disease.

I have found that eating really healthy food I’ve cooked myself with zero Ultra processed food / preservatives/emulsifier really helps. Luckily, I’m well enough & can afford to do this. Make my own stock, sauces, salad dressing.
