@O2 my housebound mum is unable to make or receive calls. When we try to log in to the account we get this message. Password reset email doesn’t arrive either. atrocious for someone who relies on the phone for medical and emergency use!! How do we cancel and get a payg refund?
@O2 We’ve done all that. We can’t order a new SIM because your website is terrible and she can’t log in to her account as above. HOW DO WE GET A REFUND AND SWITCH TO A NEW PROVIDER PLEASE?

@lucyfishwife I’m not sure! I have to get off a train going to Waterloo at clapham junction where my ticket is to, to touch in, and then get back on another train and go to Waterloo because if I touch out without touching in, I now won’t be able to register the incomplete journey 🤬
@McDonaldsUK I finally got the chat to work - seems you have to click ‘return’ not the blue ‘done’ button to submit your reply. In any case the virtual assistant didn’t understand my isdue so it’s now being reviewed by a human hopefully.
@McDonaldsUK Hi, i’m trying to get a refund on an order that your app sent to the wrong restaurant (the restaurant is in my favourites so I know I selected the right one) but the virtual assistant isn’t working and won’t submit my request. Please help!!!
