@alexshawsport I was told it was a strength issue, the tendon want coping with the forces going through it. I had electro acupuncture to help with some of the scar tissue that had formed and worked on heavy barbell calf raises (aiming for 2x bodyweight and 10-12 reps, 5 sets). Really helped

Some of the children from my class had great fun having a go at the five multiplication game from Liz's website. One pupil even made giant dice so they could play it in the garden!
