Doctors save lives with 5 yrs training & earn 5.4M UGX, while pilots at 60M need similar effort? Hypocrisy! Aviation’s “expense” doesn’t justify this gap. Fairness demands doctors’ pay reflect their life-saving role, not just market trends.
