@coreypronman what has been the biggest development in the past year for each of the top 6 defensemen in the 2024 class that led you to rank them #8 Buium, #15 Dickinson, #22 Levshunov, #28 Yakemchuk, #31 Silayev, and #37 Parekh in your recent Athletic article?

The behavioral explanation: some flavor of bounded rationality leads investors to underestimate the persistence of profits.
This is peak South American football. The striker barely shoots at the goal, an overweight defender collapses out of nowhere, another defender completely misses the ball trying to clear and to top it off a random dog celebrates wildly in the stands.
@coreypronman The #7, 8 and 9 picks from the 2021 draft are all making positive strides in their development this year. Which one's projected ceiling gets you most excited, among Eklund, Clarke, and Guenther?
@FowleBall15 wait until after you know who they drafted before making any judgments. puckpedia draft pick tool says the value is close (slight favor to BUF), but the team that initiates the trade usually gives up a little more. we also don't know if ottawa or new jersey wanted to move down.
@FowleBall15 Mantha is intriguing for his size and underlyings, but his down years make me cautious. Sharks should sign someone like Amadio for their middle six. We may not sign any top 6 winger even though it's a desperate need.
Carrier's brother and Sean Walker would be great solutions on D
@jaysonst@enosarris Juice the balls AND move the fences back to create spacious outfields. Shave off a small part of the top of the zone to cut down the effectiveness of high heat.
@FowleBall15 it's unclear whether Couture will play NHL games again. there's no way a team pays a 1st round pick for him in light of his contract and injury history.
@FowleBall15 sadly a 12 team no trade list probably includes the Sharks. no way to know for sure, but CA might be on the list for tax purposes. he definitely would be a good target.
