Grofers failed to deliver on agreed timeliness...no text, no msg, no call to timely update on the delay.
First grofers gave the delivery slot for 5days of time and then did not turned up..made us wait whole day. Very unprofessional service.
Not expected from Grofers..
@KFC_India I cancelled the order after 2 hours. Later ordered it through Zomato which by default got my order from sakinaka branch and delivered in half an hour. That’s the difference.
@kfc@KFC_India repeatedly poor service from Mumbai Marol metro store. Ordered 8.30pm and it’s 9.47pm but not delivered it’s not even raining since evening.
@KFC_India Reqstng that this specific store be removed as a delivery option. Cust keep facing the same issue again & again. Not sure why, despite the Sakinaka branch being much closer to my home, I’m always assigned the Marol branch for delivery. Pls fix this and allocate the nearest store.
@reliancejio SIM requested on 14 Jun and still not delivered. I got a delivery message but the delivery person says he won’t come. Jio branch refuses to help because it was bought online.customer care gave wrong information. This is careless and unprofessional -resolve or refund.
Ordered food worth ₹237 and ended up paying ₹102.97 extra in GST + other charges 😑
