@lavanyadeepak This is because Windows automatically recreates certain files that are cleaned, so those files can be detected immediately after cleaning (albeit they are empty) and if there's so much as a single cleanable file, you see the "Your PC feels under the weather" note.
@lavanyadeepak We're looking into how to present this better in future versions of the software, but it's nothing to be concerned about, and you don't need to run Health Check multiple times in a row.
