The behind of this Theiyu concept with Wonpil (marketing staff account) #์ํ#๋์ด์
โVitamin Chef concept story ๐๐งโ๐ณWhenever we come up with a concept, one thing we always do is look for the modelโs nickname and build the concept around it.
Just like Seventeenโs Seungkwan who is associated with โhoney,โ we found out one of his (Wonpilโs) nicknames was โSeaweed Soup Killer.โ (I was really curious as to what it tasted like..)
At one point, we even considered including a โburnt potโ as a cooking prop, or using cookware that looked a bit more messy and chaotic. But in the end, we decided it was more important to stay true to the brandโs ingredients and message.
We explained the โVita Chefโ concept to him - although he (the chef) is a little awkward at it, he carefully mixes the eight kinds of vitamins.
The key styling point was the apron casually thrown over pajamas, as if heโd just gotten out of bed. His messy hair and the clothes he had been wearing in the bedroom were kept exactly as they were. We only had around eight aprons (some personally owned, some borrowed from the editor). None of them were especially fashionable, but we chose one that looked like something youโd be likely to wear at home.
That pose is like a confident โAlright, should I start cooking now?โ pose!! The idea was to capture what a morning would feel like if you could actually feel Vita soaking into your skin. Cheers for Theiyuโs model, who absolutely nailed that pose๐โโ๏ธโ
Even in Their 12th Year, DAY6 Will Continue to Reinvent Themselves; Their Starlit Variations Will Go On Forever 12 [Concert Review] 12๋ ์ฐจ์๋ ์๋ก์ด ๋ฐ์ด์์ค, ๋ณ๋น ๋ณ์ฃผ๋ ์์ํ ๊ณ์๋ ๊ฑฐ์ผ[๊ณต์ฐ๋ณด๊ณ ์] (์ถ์ฒ : ๋ค์ด๋ฒ ์ฐ์) https://t.co/0HnkKMMFCi
In the afternoon of July 5, DAY6 held their solo concert โThe DECADE FINALE in SEOULโ at KSPO DOME (Olympic Gymnastics Arena) in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
The three-day concert, which began on July 3, marked the final chapter of DAY6โs 10th anniversary world tour, โThe DECADE.โ The final performance on July 5 was also livestreamed through Beyond LIVE. Previously, DAY6 opened the tour in August of last year at Goyang Stadium, becoming the first Korean band to headline a stadium concert in Korea, a milestone achievement. They then performed a total of 27 concerts across 16 cities in Korea and overseas.
In September, they had released their 4th full-length album, The DECADE, commemorating their 10th anniversary. As part of the tour, they also visited Daegu (February), Gwangju and Daejeon (March), and Busan (May), successfully completing a nationwide tour for the second consecutive year.
It had been about seven months since DAY6 last performed at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena with a full 360-degree seating arrangement, following their year-end concert โThe Present,โ commonly known by fans as the Christmas Concert. Once again, every seat, including those with restricted views, sold out, proving the bandโs remarkable ticket-selling power.
Since their very first solo concert at MUV Hall in Mapo, Seoul in 2015, DAY6 has steadily climbed to bigger venues: YES24 Live Hall (formerly AX Hall), Sangsangmadang Live Hall, Yonsei Universityโs Baekyang Concert Hall, Olympic Hall, Ticketlink Live Arena (formerly SK Olympic Handball Gymnasium), Jamsil Indoor Stadium, KSPO DOME, Gocheok Sky Dome, and finally Goyang Stadium. Their journey has firmly established them as a band that has grown step by step while consistently selling out venues. Despite now being in their 11th year since debut, this encore concert showcased that DAY6 continues to reinvent themselves in both big and small ways.
One highlight was the grand new arrangement of โSun, Stay Asleepโ (ํด์ผ ๋จ์ง ๋ง์ ์ค), which drew explosive cheers from the audience. They also performed several songs that had not been included in the Goyang Stadium concerts because the album had not yet been released, including โTake All My Heart,โ โSun, Stay Asleep,โ โDream Rider,โ โBefore the Stars,โ and โMy Way.โ As a result, fans were treated to a setlist that remained exciting from beginning to end, no matter how many times they sang along. Young K remarked, โWe put a lot of thought and preparation into this concert as well.โ
The members also impressed with spontaneous vocal ad-libs, instrumental variations throughout the performance, and Wonpilโs newly added piano solo during the ending of โHurt Road.โ Every moment stood out as a highlight.
In every sense, the concert served as a reminder that as long as DAY6 exists, its members will continue to change, mature, and grow, and that this journey of growth will continue through the many seasons still to come. [ments omitted] (1/2)
260705 Wonpil talking abt how he was impressed whenever they went overseas and people knew how to sing along to their songs despite it being in korean. So he was really thankful for it and they will continue going on with the strength they received.
- anyway, at some point, these will all eventually be memories! ๐ aww
- so he wanted to spend each moment in the best way without regretโฅ๏ธ #์ํ
