So it’s fair to only believe the accuser? The whole act sure is wrong but you cannot believe only one side. The job of a police department is to investigate all accounts thoroughly and the judge or jury decides. Not just listen to only one and charge one. As far as I know everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Everyone is innocent right now. Just because you feel something doesn’t mean it’s right. I believe all sides until I see the evidence that decides for me. Currently the evidence is that she said everything was consensual and not illegal and loved it. She also said “my body my choice” she later felt ashamed due to her sorority bullying her and then filed rape. Just because you feel something doesn’t mean it’s right. If that were the case women wouldn’t be able to give consent at all ever. If a person can give consent on the day of and then revoke it whenever they want after the fact they truly never give consent. But that’s besides that fact that she was never “gangraped” that has been long since established to be false. Maybe we aren’t seeing all the facts. It’s up to court to decide not us based on feelings or speculation(which yes I just did). To your point on believing women sure we should believe them but not only them but everyone involved.

Actually you’re blindly reading the news and media about a girl who has falsely accused a bunch of boys of rape even though she admitted to everything being consensual and stated “my body my choice”. She had a fun gangbang, got slutshamed and then when the pressure was too much she cried wolf. Also regardless of all of this, nobody has been proven guilty in a court of law at all you’re treating this like it’s a sealed case like a moron. And btw Cornell doesn’t count as a court of law mouthbreathing foid.
