@Mark_J_Harper @Telegraph Giving people 'more choice' on how to travel should start with designing for young people in LOW traffic and SLOW traffic areas. Do that, and you have a foundation for a safer, healthier and more attractive future. Interventions like LTN's are LOW traffic, not NO traffic.
