Less experienced, less believable people may not be necessary to decide an issue, but if the issue involves them and you aren't in sync with them, that lack of understanding will in the long run likely undermine morale and the organization's efficiency. #principleoftheday (1/3)

Rather than trying to be right, assume you are wrong and try to be less wrong.

Thank you to @Ericjagers & @DrivelineBB for the incredible opportunity to attend #P360. Unbelievable experience, presentations and networking opportunity. Over a week later and still going through the all the information. Huge thank you to @Pitching360 for putting this together!
I had a fun discussion with Derek Johnson in the wee hours of the morning on why training the hand is essential @pitching360 conference this past weekend.
This got me thinking, and I recalled a graphic I studied on the brain, Primary Somatosensory Cortex Homunculus.
Shout-out Dusty Blake for putting on a great @Pitching360 conference, @ericjagers & @DrivelineBB for allowing me to attend, and all the great presenters throughout the weekend. Surrounding yourself with dudes like that makes it hard not to learn something every day. #Grateful
I felt these two quotes emerged as an underlying theme discussed @Pitching360. Really glad I was able to the Pitching 360 conference this year. Thanks @RandySullivanPT@ArmoryFlorida and Dusty for a great experience!
Great weekend at @Pitching360
Here’s my main takeaways
1.) Communication and routine are everything.
2.) Eliminate the “noise”
3.) Prepare + trust the work
Thank you Dusty for bringing people together that share this same passion.
@Pitching360 puts on one of the best events in the country and continues to get better annually.
Really cool to experience presenting this year.
Awesome 3 days in Durham, with some phenomenal minds.
