Palestinian-American farmer Haitham Nawabit, 47, suffered severe head injuries requiring approximately 200 stitches after Israeli settlers brutally assaulted him while he was harvesting olives in Burqa, northeast of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.

Nawabit said that around 50 settlers attacked Palestinian farmers with stones and clubs, knocking him unconscious.

When he briefly regained consciousness, he found five settlers repeatedly beating him with sticks before he passed out again. The assault left him with multiple injuries to his head, hands, legs and back.

⭕️ Gaza: 7-Year-Old Girl Killed by Israeli Fire While Sleeping in Her Tent

Seven-year-old Misk Hazem al-Dalu was killed when Israeli forces opened fire on displaced Palestinians sleeping in their tents west of the Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza, according to Palestinian news agency WAFA.

Footage shared by Palestinian photographer Osama Aldahdouh shows Misk’s grieving father and relatives mourning over her body.

Palestine’s Education Ministry confirmed her death and identified her as a student at Maryam bint Imran School.

The Israeli military had not commented on the killing at the time of reporting.
